Since 1993 Vico has been actively involved in the exploration for gold in an area of 6485 sg. km within the Vientiane and Sayabouri Provinces. Vico is currently evaluating eight prospects in this area and results to date indicate that the potential for discovering a multi-million ounce gold deposit remain very high. In addition to gold exploration, Vico is involved in Gems Mining in Bokeo and Sam Neua Provinces. (Sapphire and Rubies).
